We are a small team spread across a lot of time zones. Most of us are in the countries we sell, not in a head office looking at a spreadsheet about them.
How we work
- Each country runs its own products, pricing and guide network. The country head makes those calls.
- We build our own systems rather than renting someone else's — booking, dispatch, guide payments and finance are all in one place.
- Written over synchronous. With this many time zones, a meeting that fits everyone fits no one.
Who we look for
People who have actually run something — a tour, a team, a product line — and can say what went wrong and what they changed. We care much more about that than about which company you came from.
Local knowledge is not a nice-to-have. If you know why a particular market shuts down in March, you are useful to us in a way a generalist is not.
